Aubrey Miskell joined detcon in 1999 as a Service & Repair Technician where he conducted both in-house and field service repairs. In 2003, he was promoted to Inside Sales Manager. His responsibilities included assisting customers with application questions as well as sales. Soon thereafter Aubrey was promoted again, this time to Inside Sales & Customer Service Manager where he supervised both Inside Sales, and the Service & Repair Department. Two years later Aubrey temporarily transitioned to Production Department Manager, expanding his knowledge of the company before returning to sales. Today, Aubrey is the Southwest Region Sales Manager where he oversees and manages Detcon's Odessa-based Sales and Service Office. Whether conducting in-the-field repairs, on-site training, or over-the-phone application assistance, Aubrey has spent more than a decade assisting Detcon customers. He says his extensive and diversified experience make him the ideal choice to serve Detcon customers' complete needs in that region. Over the years Aubrey has worked on numerous projects both in service & repair, and in sales to include offshore drilling rigs, FPSOs, refineries, and wireless automation systems.
Aubrey received military training in electronics on radar and control systems, and is a licensed Airframe & Powerplant-aircraft Mechanic. He is certified in sales, gas detection applications, and maintenance training on all products that Detcon manufactures and supplies.
